Under luminscent eye
breaking darkened sky
strolled I through a grove
restless so my spirit roved
Quiet then even crickets
I thought crushing thickets
Chilled quick I felt
My skin raised welts
Soft fur strokes, dark flash
cheek torn with sudden gash
Scream in terror piercing dim
my fate had turned grim
Finally I saw my attacker
monstrous canine hijacker
fangs like machetes
height like a Yeti
vicious curdling snarl
biting me amidst its growl
awakening upon dawn
uttering tiny yawn
surprised of my fate
after the eve's date
I covet the day
now as werewolf prey
on full moon night
I become a fright
