Being a Good NeighborProverbs 3:27-35 Withhold not good from those who deserve, When in the power of your hand to reserve; Never tell a neighbor to come another day, When you help can help guide not to stray; Do not plot against him being ill-conceived, When living without fear as led to believed; Do not charge against one without a crime, False arrests can lead you in doing time; Show no admiration for the violent person, They are hated by the Lord is the reason; And the curse of the Lord hangs over them, Ensuring that eternally God will condemn. Men of pride God merely just makes fun, But grace given to the gentle hearted one; The wise will have glory as they proclaim, But the foolish to be rewarded with shame. By all means to all your neighbors be kind, Let your mercy shine from heart and mind; For as with ourselves love your neighbor, Treating them with respect like a brother.
