Loving Action

I John 3:14-19

We know about passing into life from death,
For a love of brothers till our last breath;
But some still dead for their lack of love,
For not understanding the beauty thereof;
That whoever hates their brother takes life,
Having joy causing tribulation and strife;
Eternal life can not be for one that takes,
Able to see precisely what for love makes;
Christ gave His life for us so we can live,
Because eternal life as to lovingly forgive;
As long as we admit to and confess our sin,
And willing to give up our life for our kin.
How could the love of God ever be inside?
When the heart's cluttered in earthly pride;
Do not let love be mere words on your lips,
But good faith as a doer in relationships;
Then all are certain that your love is true,
As it provides comfort all the way through;
So as our heart says we have done wrong,
Rest assured that mercy from God is strong.
