A Desert Gal Do you sit down,
pondering whats right?
Or open your eyes, and
adjust them to the night?
Has your mind gone weary,
absorbing all these truths?
That seemed so significant then
but now there just abused
Do you sit with your phone,
waiting for him to call?
To take you back home,
teach you what it was hes saw
and your with yourself now,
no love in this town any more
The sky's your only friend now
shes the only thing your bleeding for
and hes in the city,
smoking weed, and drinking whiskey
while your engaged with your life
and getting married to the Sun King
A spin of the world,
of the fingertips with flowers,
she spins to yourself
shinning you with her shower
