Do you know what it is like
To walk with the Lord ...
Day by day
Have you ever given it a try
Did you ever think to trust Him
Having faith.....Learning to rely
Do you know the many benefits
Having Him, as your friend
Mercy, Grace .....And Blessings
Of which, there is no end
Why would you not... choose Him
Instead of any other
Knowing how He loves you
Sticking closer than a Brother
How many others have walked away
When you were feeling sad or down
No, Our Lord would never leave you
He'd be there wiping away that frown
Do You know how He waits so
Patiently, each and every day
Just wanting you to talk to Him
Not turn your back...... away
Do you know it hurts our Lord
To see us suffering so......
He waits, knowing we'll seek Him
When there is no place else to go
Yes...He waits until we understand
That we need Him, day by day
And Invite Him to walk along
Leading us ....A surer way!
