Seething Anger
My first divorce
a small glowing ember
it simmers
Custody battle
a small candle-like flame
it simmers
My second divorce
fire grows to size of an old kerosene lantern light
Job loss, financial strain
another ended relationship
another custody battle
fire is now an internal inferno
I just was told I have cancer at age 36
Spontaneous combustion
