When you see the armies all round about,
Then destruction is soon without a doubt;
The time is nigh for to head to the hills,
And pray to our God for to what He wills.
Those in the middle of a town or a city,
Should pack up very quickly and flee;
Those that are living out in the country,
Do not consider going to a city for entry.
For these shall be the days of the wrath,
That Scripture leads us down that path;
As mother with child and baby at breast,
Will have trouble finding a place to rest.
Many will die of the wrath by the sword,
Or be taken prisoner as blood is poured;
With signs in the sun, moon and stars,
Throughout the land with all the scars.
The strength of men be replaced by fear,
As the powers of Heaven become clear;
And the Son of Man seen riding a cloud,
With His power and glory to be endowed.
