A Vigilant LordPsalm 121 As my eyes are lifted up towards the hills, I think of where my help will come from; But, there is no doubt as my heart thrills, Since the Lord is my help to keep me calm. The creator who made Heaven and earth, He will never allow my foot to be moved; For He truly knows what I am really worth, And on His vigil sleep not been behooved. The Keeper of Israel His eyes won't close, With His right hand in providing the shade; For the harmful sunrays no threat to pose, And radiance at night that the moon made. The Lord will keep me secure from all sin, And gives me comfort too soothe my soul; He is building me a mighty fortress within, For blocking out evil and remain in control. The Lord will be keeping watch over me, Through all my coming in and going out; Ever so vigilant as anyone could ever be, Now and forever more without a doubt.
