Lifeline

Sometimes when life seem a little too
much and things seem dark and sad,
call a friend and ask that he or she
throw you  a Lifeline to save you
from the cruel and bad.

Grab hold of that line and start your climb
from that dark hold in the back of your mind.
Climb as fast as you can and before you know it,
life will seem beautify again.

That's what friends are for,
to throw lifelines near and far.
So the next time a friend calls in stress,
throw him or her a lifeline of hope and
mindful rest.
