See Through ClothingTake no thought for your own life, As far as to what you eat or drink; Fad clothing only adds more strife, Just sit down and take time to think. Life is more than just fancy clothes, As well as gluttony in what you eat; Worrying about it makes more woes, In buying stylish shoes for your feet. For the birds in the air never weep, As they fly around in hunting food; They do neither sow seed nor reap, For God will ensure they are valued. Are you not of more value than they? Why smite yourself in trivial thought? God provides for each and every day. Of all of your needs that you ought. As the lilies grow neither toil nor spin, Glory is not arrayed as with all of you; For you are naked because of your sin, In wearing clothes able to see through.
