Everlasting PraisePsalm 63:1-11 O God, O God, you are my God, I shall start early to seek you out; For my soul is dry and is flawed, As my mind raises some doubt. I need to see your power and glory, As I have seen in the Holy Place; In hearing such a wonderful story, While I was gazing at your face. For Your mercy is better than life, And my lips will give You praise; As You relieve me of all my strife, By renewing my strength always. So I will continue my thanksgiving, By lifting my hands to your name; And for as long while I am living, Your Holy Word I shall proclaim. I feel comforted every time I said, Praises to You and songs to rejoice; As visions flow while I am in bed, And the sound of Your gentle voice.
