I am a Quixotic being and obstinate when it comes to love
never conforming to the decorum of the day
ever doing things my own way.
I decry the fallacies of the day desiring peace for all
ever am I endeavoring to right the wrongs of humanity wherever I find them
seeking to provide hope for those without it
remove the chains of destitution and despair from the downtrodden.
I strive to be all that I can be and to do right by all I meet
to never disparage nor ridicule those who are weaker than I
but to uplift and edify those whom I come into contact with
and to set an example of all of what is good and just in this world.
