The Secret of the Lord

Psalm 25:14-21

The secret of the Lord is with those,
Whose hearts are in the fear of Him;
With a covenant that clearly shows,
Keeping you spiritually fit and trim.

Turn your eyes unto the Lord God,
He will take your feet out of the net;
Repairing whatever that is flawed,
Show mercy for to release your debt.

Think of the causes to pain and grief,
You will discover that it is your sin;
With having of little faith or belief,
You will never be cleansed within.

He knows your trials and concerns,
And not expecting you to face alone;
As stress builds your heart yearns,
His mercy and forgiveness to atone.

Confess to the Lord guilt and shame,
For to take your soul from all threats;
Put your faith in Him and proclaim,
In having a clean slate with no regrets.
