we need a leader that we can trust:
we need a leader who believes in us:
politics is just a game,it's ashame:
always pointing a finger,at someone else to blame:
it seem's there is no one who really cares:
it seems no one is fair:
we need a leader who stands up strong:
someone who stands for right not wrong:
there's gotta be someone as honest as old abe:
there's gotta be someone,as great as the babe:
we need a leader to show us the way:
and guide us with the problems of today:
the year 2000 is approaching fast:
we need a leader who will really last:
there are many who stand up and talk the talk:
there are many who say they can walk the walk:
so many promises said in vain:
for the american people its ashame:
we have no one as honest,as the abe:
we have no one as great as the babe:
whoever has the most money,will most likely win:
you know politics it seems like a sin:
we need a leader to guide us through:
someone who is great and honest too:
a leader is someone you'll follow anywhere:
a leader will bring hope in despair:
a leader looks not for popularity:
first they care about you and me:
