SUCCESS
helping one person at a time:
giving them a reason to smile and shine:
touching one person at a time:
never giving up and always trying:
walking with a smile, and a confident stride:
in all you do,do it with pride:
knowing when to laugh, when to cry:
when to smile, when to sigh:
getting to know the family circle:
then for the family, show respect full:
finding out about there life:
if they have family,children, a husband or wife:
find what they love the most:
then encourage them to talk about it brag and boast:
before they ask, come to there aide:
it will be then, when the trusting bond between nurse and patient is made:
do not pass judgement, or give advice:
but be kind. gentle, compassionate and nice:
always on your face show hope:
give them the courage and hope to cope:
think how would you act,if your position was the same:
how would you react to the hurt and pain:
from us they will draw strength:
it will carry them to great length:
in us they trust and believe:
when love and care they receive:
sometimes just knowing that someone will care:
and listen to you when you share:
is healing in itself:
and will bring to the body and mind,immeasurable wellness and wealth:
touching lives one person at a time:

success is measured by those who you have touched before:
and those who now appreciate you so much more:
