Salvation Through BaptismI Peter 3:18-22 Since Christ went through pain for sin, The righteous one had taken our place; For us to return and be cleansed within, For the blessing of God in His grace. The flesh we live is being put to death, But to be given life through the Spirit; And then after we take our final breath, Eternal life to be what we shall inherit. He preached unto the spirits in Hell, Who went against the orders of God; In the days of Noah before the rain fell, Because of refusing to honor and laud. God in His mercy as salvation at hand, For Noah and his family decided to save; So He told Noah giving him a command, To build an ark instead of a watery grave. So baptism now gives you the salvation, Purifying with water to be white as snow; Through Jesus Christ a new revelation, And for allowing you to spiritually glow.
