The moment is now and has been for some time
Countless nights without sleep as we try to unwind
This clock that seems tickless one bears in each heart
sitting lifeless and empty failing some to restart
It's said without faith your soul knows no rest
Leaning on your own will you'll miss on God's best
The need to stand firm and withstand all the storms
where faith is one's shield for those battered and worn
Hard to believe what the world fails to see
Tasteless and invisible, touchless yet so free
The cost Jesus paid as a ransom for man
Faithless are the wretched, Hells gate for the damned
This poem written was instilled by whats left
Of faith in this man for all who have wept
Be strong of good courage for Christ is with you
Take hold and know Jesus who today sees you through
