jocelyn at 10:12 pm, 28th of december 2005, she was born:
the birth was very traumatic, not the norm:
the first 60 seconds of her life she was fighting to breathe:
finally, the team of doctors and nurses got her from distress relieved:
let go and let god, with hope and faith was all we could all humanely do:
pray, pray that god will see her through:
now at 0400 am 29 december my son gave me the report:
she still is in intensive care with breathing that is short:
when she was born, the umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck so tight:
for 60- long, long seconds for her life she had to fight:
the nurse reported that she is doing fine:
my son joey said the nurse has been by her side all night and is gentle and kind:
she has to be monitored very close, she's not out of danger just yet:
but then again the hardest hurdles to clear, she has already met:
every second i feel her getting strong:
she will get out of intensive care before long:
these first few hours on this baby, have been rough:
so young, she had to be a fighter tough:
when she was born she could only grunt, she wasn't able to give out a strong cry:
she was fighting to breathe, that is why:
she can now cry, and is breathing better and now resting well:
that news just now my son was proud to tell:
please pray for baby jocelyn-----i believe in the power of PRAYER--god bless jdj
