Purpose of LifeHeavenly Destination Night turns into day as I wake up, Steaming java setting in my cup; While sitting at my desk, I drink, My mind is wandering as I think. The purpose of life and its goal, And after ceasing about my soul; Darwin and others can not see, The total picture what is to be. God did not place us on this earth, Just eighty years from time of birth; I know there is more to His plan, All of His creation including man. Our purpose in life is to prepare, As to when our time is to go there; Since we live and learn in this life, Struggling through toils and strife. And when God feels the time is right, He allows our spirit to enter the light; As His child, we are welcomed home, After a journey through life we roam.
