New and Improved

Such an ever changing place,
As we hurdle through space;
Technology moves quite fast,
Quicker than cash can outlast.

Some things change everyday,
Software updates seem to say;
New and improved of the old,
And much better as I am told.

Newer model cars every year,
Salesmen are acting sincere;
Time is now old one to trade,
Since the bank has been paid.

Old shows cancelled on TV,
New ones replace for to see;
Seems the same just rehashed,
Old scripts that been trashed.

One thing remains the same,
As I continue to proclaim;
For God and His Word remain,
The inspiration that I obtain.
