 Blue sky, white moon

Blue sky, white moon
As my Ipod plays another tune
Walking under the clouds
Past the mosque and woman in shrouds
Hearing the hip' hop sounds
From the young hoddies in the playgrounds
The foreign accents
And the female scents
Mixing with the passing traffic
The ambulance going to see more tragic
The ‘For Sale' signs in the shops
And the school kids sucking lollipops
Thoughts in my head, reality in my eyes
Under the white moon in the blue skies
