Repent

We think of having time,
To repent for our crime;
For infractions of the law,
Even knowing God saw.

But it is too long we wait,
And soon to be too late;
Since Christ will return,
A verdict for you to burn.

So the choice be up to you,
Exactly what you will do;
Which direction you go,
Only you and God know.

God so loved the world,
As His plan was unfurled;
Allowing His Son to die,
As a sacrifice for you and I.

So that the people on earth,
Will experience a rebirth;
If you repent of your sin,
And accept Christ within.
