Ray of HopeWhat a wonderful day, That the Lord has made; After getting up to pray, Darkness starts to fade. It makes way for the light, As the rays of sun shine; In the window so bright, As if God reveals a sign. He shows that He cares, Just what happens to us; As in our toils and snares, Helps resolving the fuss. The sun gives a ray of hope, When troubles overwhelm; And allowing you to cope, When Jesus is at the helm. So you are never alone, As problems tend to start; Having room for His throne, Deep within your heart. Richard Newton Sherrer Copyright ©2006 Richard Newton Sherrer Vote for this poem
