Free Will

I know that there are those who doubt,
What this belief in Christ is all about;
And with being so filled up with strife,
Plus some malarkey on everlasting life.

They do not seem as to comprehend,
This thing called faith that I defend;
For they have heard the same old story,
About all sin and fall short of the glory.

But so little do they really understand,
That our lives, God has within His hand;
Even though that we have our free will,
He has control what shoes for us to fill.

We can either shrug it off or believe,
And that determines what we receive;
Not necessarily this life but the next,
If we love God and abide in His text.

So the choice is ours, just ours alone,
If we will be able to see His throne;
Or do your thing having it your way,
With a bleak destiny where you stray.
