Spring Newness

Reason for the Season

Stop being so down and out,
And thinking of the gloom;
There is without any doubt,
Spring has started to bloom.

Just look outside at the view,
Take a walk through the park;
Such a freshness that is new,
Light replacing a fading dark.

Just as nature starts in spring,
God allows you to start afresh;
Wiping out the sins that cling,
Resisting the power of the flesh.

Jesus Christ is the real reason,
For having a joyous celebration;
His sacrifice during this season,
Of new life through Resurrection.

God has given all a fresh start,
Enabling to have a clean slate;
Why not open up your heart,
Before it becomes too late.
