What Say You?

There is light all around shining brightly from the heavens upon the ground,
yet darkness still exists, pools and pools  still abounds.
Sinners one and all, how far must they  fall?

I've been told, forgiveness is the path to righteousness,
no sin, no guilt, no evil and no darkness.
Light in our lives, light in our souls…
eternal light to behold!

Sing not to me, O' Prince of Darkness of Wars,
phenomenal disasters, crime and starvation.
Humanity at its worst abomination.

Darkness abounds, but Ah! Right will triumphantly cope,
as long as the candle flickers with that tiny light called…hope.

What say you?
