Innovation

The Glorious Leader admitted, no sitting on the fence,
It was social engineering in it's finest truest sense.
They built the Resource Utilisation Facility
With the greatest consideration and care,
Surrounding it with habitation facilities
For human resources to be housed there,
And when he pressed the starting button
It was manufacturing heaven.
A lean green resource recycling scheme
That ran twenty four seven.
Starting with the basic components,
At the rate of seven a day,
They built their finished product
In a most efficient way.
Then came the brilliant part,
The ultimate practical solution,
They didn't even try to sell it;
That would have caused pollution.
No, it came off the production line
And moved straight ahead
Into the highest state of technology
Unit Dismantling Shed.
There the took the thing to pieces
Carefully numbering each part
Then they wheeled all to the beginning
For the process to restart.
There was no project testing
No possibility of environmental abuse
For they had built the perfect product
With no conceivable use.
Achieved economies in marketing and sales
Exceeded their wildest dreams
Thus putting paid to malicious rumours
About silly political schemes
Of course the problem of unemployment
Was wiped out with one fell stroke
Which wiped smiles off the faces of those
Who'd thought the scheme a joke
Every single piece was reusable.
Not a pinch of waste
Provided the dismantling
Wasn't done in haste.
That caused the teeniest of problems
For taking the thing apart
Took longer than it's building
Which caused delays at restart.
Every innovation has it's gremlins
But they'd had a little chat
And now his team of experts
Beavered away on solving that.
The Glorious Leader smiled at success of this latest scheme,
Then turned his thoughts to other farseeing cherished dreams
