Anti-Phobia We are phobic of many things,
As for the unknown it brings;
The mysteries that are unclear,
Causes an accumulation of fear.
Maybe the sight of some snakes,
Or a sound at night that awakes;
Thunder and lightning in the sky,
Or a mysterious stare of an eye.
By the ocean after watching Jaws,
Or seeing the swipe of tiger claws;
Perhaps a spider over your head,
Or finding a mouse in your bed.
Adam and Eve were fear free,
Till they ate from the wrong tree;
Since Adam feared it was rude,
If God had seen him in the nude.
But actually no need to be afraid,
If abiding in God and not strayed;
He gives strength to subdue fright,
Keeps you safe both day and night.
