His Soft Voice
Life is beautiful all the time,
No matter how far you climb;
It only gets better by the week,
As long as you continue to seek.
You are only as old as you feel,
As long as you have spiritual zeal;
Knowing where your faith and trust,
Not endeavoring after earthly lust.
Keep shining through every day,
Trusting in the Lord every way;
And He will keep you lit bright,
As a beacon both day and night.
So do not let things get you down,
And make a smile out of that frown;
You have a purpose in being here,
If you listen God will make it clear.
Find a place no one else around,
A quiet place and no other sound;
Listen closely for His soft voice,
When you hear you will rejoice.
