God Remembers
I work and I also play,
As I struggle everyday;
In going through life,
With toils and strife.
In striving to do my best,
Knowing I've been blest;
By everything that I see,
With God remembering me.
What if God has been sore,
Decided to shut the door;
And turned off the light,
We would loose our sight.
If flowers did not bloom,
The bees would be gloom;
Beekeepers had no money,
Since there be no honey.
But God loves this place,
Willing to shed His grace;
Even if He caused a flood,
He forgave with the blood.
