The Way and the Truth
What is truth and right?
Not as clear as it might;
At times shades of gray,
As to come what may.
Depends how you react,
As beholder of the fact;
Precisely how to perceive,
Information you receive.
As differently as we think,
And the pieces that we link;
Can come to a conclusion,
That might be an illusion.
Interpretation in the brain,
Stems from facts we retain;
Directing us how to judge,
And even holding a grudge.
But one truth stays the same,
And through only one name;
The one who was sacrificed,
And is called Jesus Christ.
