Detours of Life
There are many detours in life,
As well as most causing strife;
And brings your life to a halt,
When feeling as not your fault.
Then time seems just to drag,
For apparently hitting a snag;
So confused while in a daze,
Feeling as if being in a maze.
Anxiety as you sigh and yearn,
Not knowing which way to turn;
As despair forms causing grief,
In looking for a possible relief.
Never try to shed some doubt,
Being not able to work it out;
On the answers that you thirst,
Start with God for to ask first.
For He will show you the way,
Just how to get through the day;
Helping you get things straight,
So you can spiritually rejuvenate.
