Thanksgiving Praise
Give praise unto the Almighty Lord,
Show how He is loved and adored;
Thanking Him for all He has done,
Especially in sacrificing His Son.
Give thanks for forgiveness of sin,
And able for the cleansing within;
After confessing He sends His Spirit,
That is reassuring us of we inherit.
Show Him your gracious gratitude,
By adjusting your spiritual attitude;
Let His Holy Spirit be your guide,
Allowing His Holy Word to abide.
Testify to His blessings every day,
Keeping His Word never to stray;
Talk to Him regularly in prayer,
Everything on your mind to share.
Thank Him for giving you hope,
In order for helping you to cope;
Even though in the midst of strife,
He has given promise of eternal life.
