Do You Remember?

When is it all going to end?

Life is Like a Good Book...

The story is over,
the last page has been read.

The first chapter started seventy years ago,
in a cabin, near a babbling brook.
And as the pages quickly turned…
Days turned to week, months
and years and now one last look.

Sometimes the story was sad.
Sometime the story was glad.
All in all, its not been too bad.

Good things must end.
Life is like that, it’s no sin.

I hope you’ve enjoyed reading it,
as much as I’ve enjoyed living it!

It’s time to take a last look.
No tears…
for its been a great book!
