Blind I am not,
so leave me to my lot.
I can not follow the
teaching of ancient
times, when people's minds
were governed by delusions
and ancient rhymes.
I will make my decisions
based upon the clarity of my
own thoughts of mind.
My fate will be clear to me,
and not formed in the darkness
of some ancient city.
