Events

He caught a bus he should have missed
His guardian angel wasn't paying due attention
Just at that moment he got casually aboard
Which caused uproar and not a little tension.
When the crash came
According to plan
He was sat in the seat
Of the called man
A second too late
Though they tried
Their effort failed and
The favoured one died.
Time space rippled and twisted
A future world died unborn
Another erupted whole
Parched and brown and war torn
And in a distant universe another world
Shivered and shook and made some real gain
For in a forest a bird flapped his wings and
Didn't give immediate rise to a deadly hurricane
