ramblings and things

Worn

Worn
An old love
Years long grown
Trusted
All my very own

Torn
A new love
Or maybe an affair
Maybe
Chance put both there

Madness
Hands touch
Lips kiss one long kiss
Excitement
Oh how we both want this

Thoughts
To enjoy
One stolen night
But
Somehow not right

Sanity
Kiss broken
Holding hands both agree
This just
Isn't right for her and me

Interval
A drink
Before we go maybe one or two
A toast
Made to friendship old and new

Goodbyes
Said with eyes
Not much spoken
Parting
With trusts unbroken

Worn
An old love
Years long grown
Trusted
All my very own
