The FamilyThe shepherd watches the sheep, Through the night with no sleep; The same is with those we share, For God placed them in our care. For your family is your core, Sacrificing for them every chore; No matter what the task may be, As you are handling it diligently. Be more than willing and able, Not acting like as old and feeble; Rather something wanting to do, Seeing the task all the way through. Do not be bossy in boastful pride, Rather in being humble deep inside; God frowns on those who are proud, Usually being too boisterously loud. So the family is your core of life, Where a man is one with his wife; In being a shepherd as you share. For a lifetime of ever loving care.
