 Hey, Stranger

Hey, stranger tell me now,
Standing over there.
Do you care what happens to the world?
Do you look at the sick or the needy,
And feel a tugging at your heart?
When faced with the strife of life,
Did you learn from the experience?
Did you guide your children,
With wisdom, love and care?
Did you take the time,
To pick a flower?
Did you laugh with a friend,
Cry when they were sad?
Gave them a lift,
When they fell down?
Did you help them find their way,
When they were lost?
If you did any of these,
Then you are not a stranger.
