Loving One Another
Since the beginning you have heard,
As written in the Holy Word;
That we are to love each other,
The same as sister and brother.
Never be like Cain full of hate,
As tempted by the devil's bait;
He murdered because of a lust,
In God he did not put his trust.
If you hate then you have a sin,
And you are unclean deep within;
As you continue to have strife,
With no hope of eternal life.
Christ gave His life because of love,
That filtered down from Heaven above;
We also must show that we care,
As Christians with the love we share.
If God abides within your heart,
Then you have His Love to impart;
And you have laid the cornerstone,
For the place in keeping His throne.
