Harry Sweeden. My life in verse.

Fathers for justice

My love, my darling child,
Always in my heart.
Torn from my arms by laws unjust…
Though I vowed we'd never part.
My voice you seldom hear now,
Other voices fill your days.
It does not mean I love you less…
But ‘laws' took you away.
They say I must not see you,
Knowing I miss you every day.
Also knowing that you miss me to…
The law will have its say.
I swear I'll not stop fighting,
For our right to be ease.
At ease from all these stupid laws…
That will never hear our pleas!
