The Fall of Man
The sun shines in the distance
As the birds fly in the sky
The spider shows persistence
As he spots the butterfly
The web so wide and strong
Was made to catch his meals
He knows it won't be long
When his prey meets web of steel
As his victim hits the web
The spider makes his move
He pounces on his victim
There's so much he needs to prove
He's finally got his dinner
He's been waiting for so long
Then a sound comes from the river
And he's swallowed by a frog
Now the frog is mighty happy
Has two victims all in one
His stomach feels much better
He feels like he's top gun
But in a split second
The frog is seen no more
Eaten by a catfish
Who was waiting by the shore
The catfish darts real fast
Underneath the deep blue water
He knows if he's not careful
He'll be eaten by the otter
So the chain of life keeps going
Back to where it all began
But if we're not too careful
We'll also see the fall of man
