Poetic Verses Of Love And Sorrow

"You Threw It Away"
I walked through the door
Something was wrong
A letter on the counter
Told me she was gone
It almost seemed
Like she vanished into thin air
Yet I always thought
We were the perfect pair
She was so beautiful
And royal too
Without her love
I'll still make it through
As I finshed her letter
I put on a stamp
And wiped my eyes
Which still were damp
I sent her the letter
And this I said
My love for you
Is completely dead
There will come a day
When you're all alone
Sad and lonely
Staring at the phone
We had something beautiful
You threw it away
The time will come
You'll regret this day.
