Taking the Wrong Road
When you stumble and fall,
Do you grumble at all;
Consider it a defeat,
Or get up on your feet.
If you take the wrong road,
Away from your abode;
Do you stay on that track,
Or reverse and go back.
So why do you refuse,
And often that you choose;
Paths away from the Lord,
Not abiding in His Word.
Why do you hold so tight,
False idols of delight;
That is making you shun,
Father Spirit and Son.
You still go the wrong way,
Each and every day;
Keep taking the wrong path,
Not spare you from His wrath.
