The Unfairness Of Angels
Email Poem | Today's Poetry

Skimming stones across the Northern Sea
Brings me to a place of tranquility
Watching the waves crash against the rocks
As for a brief second, the world suddenly stops
The clouds just hang in the sky
And an echo comes from the seagulls cry
As the breaking through of honey dew sunshine
Reflects on the oceans shimmering waters so divine
In the distance the silhouetted hills form a perfect background
As the sandy beaches circle all around
As I sit upon the rocks of seaweed
Realizing that this is all I need
Just looking out onto the horizon feeling the peace in me
In this place of tranquility.
