The Day Time Ends
No one will ever deny,
That the blackness will terrify;
Giving such a dreadful fright,
As the day turns into night.
And the darkness comes again,
As the shadows of death stain;
On the earth as time will end,
The messenger God will send.
Upon a cloud He will dwell,
As the ringing of a bell;
And hearing the trumpets sound,
While seeing Him earthbound.
Then hearing the painful cry,
As the fire from the sky;
Leaving such a deadly trail,
Passes with the fading wail.
But dawning of a new day,
To those who trust and obey;
Everyone goes to greet,
Where Jesus Christ takes His seat.
