 One Nation

Dear Martin and Malcolm,
We didn't let your cause die or go to shame,
because today, Sept 20, 2007, we made our mark in history
with Rev. Jesse Jackson and Rev. Al Sharpton!
Some might say you're rolling over in your graves
about this painfully disgusting bull-ish
but don't worry, we made our presence felt
down in the Jena "sticks"!
Let those six young black men be our reminder
that racism and prejudice is still all around us!
Let's stand together, united and bound--
United States of America,
WE ARE NOT GOING TO BE TURNED DOWN!!
Jena, LA may have brought our nation to shame
BUT UNITED, WE WILL PROCLAIM OUR NAME!!
FREE OUR YOUNG BLACK MEN!!
