Selfish Pride
Why do you argue with others,
You are to treat them as brothers;
It is all because your self pride,
That you keep secluded inside.
God opposes when you are loud,
Boastfully while being proud;
You are not very humbly kind,
While talking with a closed mind.
Having your way to acquire,
Because of selfish desire;
Not letting you think to reason,
Rationale of another one.
You can not always have your way,
In molding others as your clay;
Only one Potter that can do,
And who needs to be molding you.
Try to be a bit more humble,
When in discord do not grumble;
For when not putting yourself first,
Will quench the fires of your thirst.
