Our Son Andrew
Our Son Andrew by Bob William Raisbeck
He was born on the 4th of February 1968 He wasn`t on time he came a bit late
Thirteen hours of excruciating back labor his Mother endured
But she did not mind she knew we were given a special life and and were insured
of happiness ,truth, love and peace when this child was born
On that special day in February that time that morn
He played his sports with a total commitment and excelled at all
Whether it was cricket, tennis, golf , surfing or football
He matured in body, mind and a full fullness of spirit
He was born again into a new world ,he felt it and he knew it
The love in his heart cannot be compared tested or tried
I know it I felt it that terrible time when his beautiful Mother died
I will love him and respect him till the day I die
When the good Lord takes me to his kingdom on high
