Teachings of Life
If you listen and obey,
To the teachings that I say;
You will live for a long time,
Never guilty of a crime.
I have shown you just which path,
For being spared from the wrath;
The way that truly makes sense,
Not to pay the consequence.
So if you let God abide,
He will be there for to guide;
Having to decide which door,
Not stumble on a detour.
Remember every word,
Of what you read and have heard;
Knowing that it means true life,
Weaving through trials and strife.
So hold firm to what is taught,
On what to do and what not;
As you cling never let go,
And then watch the blessings flow.
